I have a small head, it fits well, some is close to my scalp, really good, ideal fit.It IS all real leather. I inspected the crap out of it. I even took apart some seams to inspect and verify. The fluffy lining is simply an lining glued to the back of the leather, much like high end leather furniture, it adds a smooth form and support to the leather as well as aids in preventing it from stretching out. This hat IS 100% genuine leather and FAST shipping from Bulgaria. Other than the velcro closure on back and not a metal clasp, I'm 1000% thrilled. Highly reccomend.
