It's the same as the picture but the material is fancier than I thought. The ruffle looks a little white like the picture but was more visible than pictured and looked weird like it was sewn wrong. I would keep it, but I don't need office clothes and it's too hot for me in the summer. Good medium weight material, modest and pleasant. Hangs nicely if you don't mind the ruffles.
