The seat is falling apart Furniture
The main problem of this product is that the seat cover is cardboard which tears and therefore the cushion sags. We have tried to return the product but to no avail. If you read other reviews you will see that other people have the same problem with the cardboard pillow support. It is unforgivable to use cardboard as a base when a plain sheet of plywood to support a pillow wouldn't cost much more.
