Review on Darice Hook Loop Strips Self Adhesive: Ultra-Strong and Convenient Fastening Solution by Dawn Fischer

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Not for teaching but strong

The velcro itself is very strong but the adhesive won't hold if you pull it apart. I don't think the glue is any less sticky than regular velcro, I think velcro is stronger than average. I use it for preschoolers with special needs laminated workbooks. For some of my students it was too strong to fall apart easily. They have a fine motor problem, but other velcro hooks I use stay in place but are easy to remove. In itself a good task to increase the strength of the fingers, but not as big a task as sorting pictures as they just get frustrated. I'm trying to delete an image. I keep it for home use and for items I remove and can hold the sticky part while I peel off the other part. Like most self-adhesive Velcro hooks, it comes off relatively easily.
