This is complete rubbish! I used it to engrave my child's name on the back of their Nintendo Switch. It barely turned the first time I used it, and then when I went to engrave the first letter of her name, the bit knot fell out of the device! As if it would literally fall apart if held properly. You can't invent it! Anyway, I got it an hour ago, it didn't work, and when I tried to return it. Guess what? "This item is non-refundable". You're better off spending more $$$ on things you can get support for. It looks like it came from a dollar store. UPDATE: Now that I just threw away $15. I used a flashlight and looked into the opening of the device where the vibration mechanism is located. I applied some superglue to the inside of the bottom of the part that was coming off and then applied more grease to the outside of the metal cylinder. Let's see if that works.
