I had a Boss stereo in my 2009 Chevy 2500 and it was annoying, not compatible with my iPhone 12. I'm glad I did the upgrade . Both screen mirroring and Apple Carplay are compatible with this stereo. Thanks to the Apple Carplay features, I can use Siri for texting and calling, which is much better than Bluetooth, GPS navigation via Maps or Google Maps, and all my favorite music apps like Spotify or Pandora. The sound quality is amazing and can be adjusted to your liking with the built-in equalizer. The stereo has multiple inputs on the back panel, plus a subwoofer and amplifier input. I haven't hooked up a backup camera yet, but I'm looking forward to it. Great product, would recommend this main unit to anyone looking to upgrade.
