The printer arrived well packaged and fully assembled but that's about it. To press. The machine had a built in sensor to detect broken filament and would pause the print so it could be replaced but didn't say WHY it was paused. Also, the thread size was wrong. It was marked "1.75mm" but was narrower (most likely 1.5 or 1.25 - I didn't have a caliper to check). It was easy to tell when I attached it to a different filament from my previous printer. Eventually the spool filament broke in the extruder feed and I couldn't get it out. I tried removing the nozzle head and letting it fall out, but it was impossible to install with a socket wrench as there was another screw right behind it. I tried pulling the bolt out but the metal was so weak and small it came loose almost immediately so it's stuck now. Print quality was satisfactory, but any print made with it stuck to the base or edges made with it. I wanted to print my next model directly on the bed to avoid this, but the printer has let me down so far. The UI didn't list the models alphabetically, which made it difficult to find what I wanted to print, but I think it would be even worse if there were more than four prints stored on the microSD card. Speaking of the microSD card, it is difficult to remove it from the card adapter. The strap on it covers the only place you can grab the card, and the tiny ledge where you can grab it is pretty low. I had to force it out of the card holder to put it in the printer every time. She is returned as it was nothing but a headache.
