Review on Samsung Controller SM R325 International Version by Joseph Katipally

I bought this product in March and didn't open the box until April 21st. Manufacturer's box. My problem is that Revain listed the model number with SM-R325 NOTE 9 ready but in the box was SM-324 AND my phone was Note 9 and I even ordered an adapter for it from Samsung and of course it didn't. even worked. Anyway, I spoke to customer service about the return and Revane wants to charge me $20 for the return, which I did. I felt that Revain shouldn't accuse me of such miscasting and be kind enough to refund my money.
