Review on 🍳 Gotham Steel 10-Piece Kitchen Set with Chef Daniel Green's Non-Stick Ti-Cerama Coating - Red Skillets, Fry Pans, Stock Pots, and Steamer Insert by Victoria Smith

Great but be careful.

These are great frying pans but I feel they need to be handled a little differently than regular frying pans and should last a long time. First, they're aluminum, so they transfer heat very quickly and efficiently. I cook on a gas range and have found that I need a lot less heat than usual. I've found that a drop of olive oil makes pans smoother than fat, I didn't have the stickiness that I've read about in some reviews. Cleaning requires a light touch, you can brush off any residue with warm water and then scrub gently with a sponge. I've had mine for almost a year now and the finish is like new. Finally, use only wood, plastic, or silicone pads as the coating is a form of fired ceramic. It can definitely withstand metal scratches, but over time it will erode the surface and give you a non-stick feel.
