I waited a bit before writing this review because I wanted to use them with different products to see how they cook and clean. I can say that I am delighted with this set. Today I made pasta with a thick cheese sauce. I deliberately left the pan on the stove after cooking dinner to dry the sauce. It took nothing but a rag in the dishwater to wipe it clean! My previous pots, which cost over $2,000, had to be soaked overnight and then scrubbed with a Brillo sponge! All I can say is WHERE YOU HAVE

The pan has NO non-stick coating. Okay, I bought this pot and pan set on purpose because my old non-stick pan couldn't fry eggs without the yolk. I bought the whole set because I like having the same dishes. AN EGG WON'T BREAK ON THIS PAN WITHOUT BREAKING THE YOLK! Complete disappointment. I give no stars because the pots work great. Things don't stick and are easy to wash. Eventually I gave up and bought another pan that does NOT match the rest of my set. I will not buy from this company again

I received them in April 2018 and they are great! I only use my hands to wash, no metal utensils although it says dishwasher safe etc because I want the nonstick coating to last and so far so good! I only wish it included a large frying pan. Now I'm looking for a 12" pan and hopefully it's here at Revain! I liked it at first and recommended it to everyone I could. But he couldn't stand it - maybe there's a coating on it? At first, as I said, practically everything was washed off, not rubbed off. These are great frying pans but I feel they need to be handled a little differently than regular frying pans and should last a long time. First, they're aluminum, so they transfer heat very quickly and efficiently. I cook on a gas range and have found that I need a lot less heat than usual. I've found that a drop of olive oil makes pans smoother than fat, I didn't have the stickiness that I've read about in some reviews. Too early to comment on pots. But immediately I cooked in it. The handles on the lids get very hot. I had to use kitchen gloves to take them off. Thank goodness I still had my old pots before I donated them. So I removed the covers from the old ones, which had handles covered with a material that didn't heat up. UPDATE: Below is my first review. After using them for a while, they don't hold up at all like I was hoping. I only use silicone tools, only wash them with a non-stick scrubber and don't use high heat. Despite all these precautions, the pans have lost their non-stick properties.
