The pan has NO non-stick coating. Okay, I bought this pot and pan set on purpose because my old non-stick pan couldn't fry eggs without the yolk. I bought the whole set because I like having the same dishes. AN EGG WON'T BREAK ON THIS PAN WITHOUT BREAKING THE YOLK! Complete disappointment. I give no stars because the pots work great. Things don't stick and are easy to wash. Eventually I gave up and bought another pan that does NOT match the rest of my set. I will not buy from this company again nor will I recommend them to anyone.
