Okay, so I don't usually write reviews that say a lot. I got it today and wanted to try it after training. I must add that I did my research and read countless reviews before purchasing. If you are a breastfeeding/breastfeeding mom, you understand the need to find only the best for you and your baby. I bought the CHOCOLATE variety, so I can only confirm it. But chocolate is DELICIOUS. I mixed mine with 8oz organic lactose free milk (I could never stand the taste of chocolate water) in a shaker and I have to say it mixes pretty well, there are very few clumps of unmixed protein like other brands that do I tried . a metallic taste or a strange artificial taste after the bite. It tastes smooth and natural, almost like chocolate milk or Haagen Dazs chocolate ice cream. I like it! So if you're nervous and unsure, just take my advice and BUY IT! you will be glad you did :)
