I have decided to replace the 12" woofer and soft dome tweeter in the mtx tp 1200 two-way speaker. mtx tp 1200 speakers are very good but i needed a higher SPL. I didn't want to buy new ready-made speakers because the condition of the MTX boxes varies. First I had to buy a horn lens adapter to hold this tweeter in place, it's a screwdriver. After replacing the woofer, the speaker has been strengthened inside to accommodate the new woofer, and the crossover has been replaced with a more powerful crossover, and the sound results are excellent. good highs vary, not harsh but crisp and clear even in the middle of the voice.
