The product description says "removable compartments" but only part of the compartment walls are removable. A wall in the middle and 2 side walls are fixed. This somewhat limits the size of items you can store in the box. The boxes are not very high quality, but they are ok for the price. Locks and hinges are not very strong and will fail over time.
