You get what you pay for. mine doesn't pay either.

I came with the hope that it would be relatively similar to the design of the thirty-one bag. I understand this is half the cost so I didn't have high expectations. Unfortunately, it didn't live up to my limited expectations for two main reasons. First, there is no support on the bottom liner. Put everything in a bag and everything falls apart because there is no frame or material to attach the bottom, defeating the purpose of the bag. Second, the straps are incredibly flimsy, cheap flimsy material, I can tell they will come loose in no time. Worse, the bag is cellophane wrapped so I had to take it completely out of the box to discover the lack of quality, so it couldn't be returned. If you're looking for a cheaper alternative to thirty-one, this isn't it.
