I like that it has an easy interface for our users when they need help with their computer problems or hardware issues (which are frequent). It's also very intuitive if you know how to navigate through it. There isn't much in terms of customization options which can be frustrating at times but we've learned what works best for us as far as functionality goes. We have had great success using this program because it allows employees who work remotely from home access to information about computers/hardware needed by clients while still allowing customers some control over things such as security settings for devices within their network. The biggest benefit is being able to give remote technical support without having to drive around town looking for someone willing to let me pick up there laptop so I can take my time doing troubleshooting. This helps keep employee downtime down since many organizations require techs to stay current before receiving paychecks. Also saves.
