Excellent quality that beats all other options, highly recommend! I first tried a few smaller 9-inch round baking pans and the pizza itself came out fine, but the pizza stuck to the bottom of the "nonstick" pans and was quite difficult to get out with mostly square tools. I then moved on to rectangular cake pans, which were also "non-stick" but had the same problems sticking to the bottom, and also found that the near-vertical sides were far from ideal. this seemed to have a very specific use case but honestly the results are so phenomenal compared to the alternatives that i can't imagine making this type of pizza any other way, the size is perfect, i get 6 or 8 slices which is great for me is family food as well as a general size I like to make for balls of dough. The quality of the pan is superb - it is very well made and will easily withstand some serious abuse in a commercial kitchen. The real game changer is the non-stick nature of this pan. You can try to burn pizza in it, but it still won't stick. In addition, the slightly sloping sides make it easier to remove the pizza and also form a good angle for peeling off the crust during baking.
