I bought this little gem just over a year ago. Was impressed with how it sounded (full, rich sound that definitely fills the room with good bass and mids - an incredible feat, especially considering how small it is). Since then I haven't used it for a while, maybe a few months and one day I wanted to use it again. Unfortunately, he didn't wake up no matter what I did. It's been a few weeks since the warranty ended, so I'm very upset. Against all odds I called customer service expecting to be even more upset (since customer service is what they usually call) nothing but to my surprise they were amazing and immediately offered to send a new one with all shipping and all that was activated. They only asked for my address and name and didn't even bother asking for my receipt, they didn't want me to send the old one back. Wonderful. Well, maybe because they've had this issue before as a guideline, they immediately swap out any failed device like mine without making a fuss about it.
