I was very concerned by all the comments about the brush not holding its shape while you are cleaning the ceiling fan. This issue has been resolved. Now it behaves like the little brush you get with your device, it clicks into place and stays there. The first thing I did was twist the beveled neck pieces to see how loose they were. At first I thought it wouldn't spin. I squeezed him a little harder, then he gave in and turned around step by step. Now it works GREAT and definitely stays the way you configured it. As for cleaning, since the opening is three times the size of a small brush, you'll need to increase your machine's suction power a bit. I only use the lowest speed with my small brush.
