BT-120 is a great tool. I am a general contractor and need to disconnect power from the lighting/electrical circuits from time to time. We used to use the two-person and cell phone method to find the right circuit breaker - not anymore. One caveat, you can get false positives if you don't follow directions. You should place the receiver on top of other breakers to sharpen the actual breaker, once you do this it is 100% accurate. One downside is that the receiver's power button is very sensitive, it will turn on in my tool bag or on my truck's center console with the slightest push.
