Works as described. You will need multiple coats to get the "real" white look. Baby powder will help set, but only do this after you've layered it or it will set and be difficult to add more layers afterward. It was a little difficult to remove but we did about 4 coats plus powder. It's best to wash it off with make-up remover, but without powder I think water is great too. All in all a great product. I'm giving 4 stars because of the difficult distance. I would do four and a half if I could. Because it really doesn't matter that much.
