Privacy with a view.
I bought it because my neighbor's second floor window opens directly onto my kitchen dining table where I usually sit (in my bathrobe and nightgown). "My room has a sliding glass door and a view of my patio with all the potted flowers and hummingbird feeders. I wanted to be able to see outside, but they couldn't see inside. It worked. wet when it rains, but not soaked. I can still see through my entire garden, but the view into the house is blocked. Installation was very easy. It rises and falls very gently. I am very happy with this purchase. .Many Thanks.
