This is 12mm (0.470 inch). RCH is less than half an inch.

This is a 12mm hole punch. NOT 0.500 inch (half inch) hole punch. Like a 12mm punch, it punches perfect circles out of paper and cards. This is approximately 0.470 inches. Which is good if it's close enough. But now you can all decide if that's enough for you.
