First. I have been using Wella T-18 as a lightening/toning hair for three years. I only made changes when I switched to a blonde bleach for extra lightening (actually lightens my dark hair to a pale yellow better than Wella). I like keeping products in the same family (my thing. To be honest I don't think it matters), I tried this toner to get rid of itching. I bought two pipes but I only needed one for my short pixies, I had one left over. First turn. Catastrophe. Turned my hair into 👵🏻. I was platinum forever so I was everything 😳. I had some Wella and thankfully fixed it. Second time. Love it. I went to Ton and didn't have Wella as I thought because of the first Oops correction. All I had was blonde ice cream. We looked at each other for a minute and then I was like, what the heck, that's just hair. Rschunimagu. The gray was better than the banana. I smeared it in starting with the top and bottom (two spots on me that need tinting more than most). After about 2-1/2 minutes I pinched and rinsed, washed, conditioned. Perfect! moral of the story. Those who want platinum should keep an eye on it. Do not apply and leave depending on the timer. Used in this way it is a great product and an excellent product if you are short on time. Glad I gave him another chance. Hair is really silky after use. 👍👍
