I bought this iron in July and have only used it 8-10 times washing shirts here and there. I immediately noticed that the handle is very hot and uncomfortable to hold when ironing, but I didn't really think about it. Yesterday I had to iron a lot (which is very unusual for me) and the handle got so hot that I had to take breaks - after that the hand was slightly burned and sensitive. When using water to steam, it kept leaking and the cord retractor button popped out spontaneously. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! Of course it's too late to return it now. I do NOT recommend this product!
