I purchased this to have a cute and fun skirt to match the pink theme of my daughter birthday. After separating each layer and shaking it out, it was nice and fluffy. It has a built in liner but still seems a little sheer so I'll be wearing an extra slip underneath. I'll update with pictures once I wear it for the birthday party.
