This fix helped. belt holder! My doubts stemmed from issues I had read about the stiffness of the material causing large sloppy loops at the junction where the straps double. Tested in practice, I actually found this to be a problem. The thickness of the material made it difficult to quickly attach the anchors to the anchor links. Unfortunately, the $50 product had to be modified to work properly, but it made a world of difference (see photos). I think they can be removed. It can be covered with the same belt clips or any other material. Haven't tried it yet. Those issues aside, this shoulder strap is high quality and I would recommend it if you don't mind having to modify it. I have brought these concerns to Peak Designs' attention. They say they will consider them in future products.
