Received my wallet today and I am so thrilled. I ordered this based on the good reviews, especially for the card slots. BUT you said the card slots slide in and out easily, mine is heavy. I need to force my card in there. To be honest I can't actually use the bottom 2 card slots. I bent my card trying to put my card in. Honestly I love this wallet because the number of card slots is just perfect. I don't like the extra/empty card slot. So 9 is perfect for me. The design is perfect too. I like its simplicity but functionality and lots of space. It's just a card slot. I don't know if I got a broken one. i will return it 35.99 is too much for a wallet I can't use.
