About me: I have chronic migraines. Flavors are a real issue for this one. I also have eczema and sensitive skin. I have a drier scalp/dandruff, but also oily. With a spot on the back of my head that's oilier than the rest. I have fine straight hair. My hair has not been dyed, bleached, bleached, or otherwise chemically treated. I wash my hair every other day. I don't use any hair products other than shampoo and conditioner. I let my hair air dry. I do not resort to hot styling. A product I've been using for years was discontinued so I had to find a new unscented option. My experience with Free & Clear shampoo and conditioner. - It has no added flavors, including masking agents. Therefore, the product smells slightly. Not good, not bad, not strong. Doesn't make hair sticky after showering. Doesn't bother my migraines. - So far I haven't had any irritation/rashes. It doesn't cause or irritate eczema on my hands or scalp. - For the first two weeks of use, my scalp had more growths which resulted in a little more itching. But my scalp has adapted. I have to use more product than my old shampoo to clean my scalp. I always had to wash my hair twice in the shower, otherwise the grease stain on the back of my head stays greasy after the shower. The shampoo dries out a bit, but not that bad. But again, I don't treat my hair with chemicals or hot style it. If so, I'm not sure if this shampoo would be right for me. I do not love him. i don't hate it But it's normal. But it's so much better than using a scented shampoo that gives me a headache, so it's a win for me.
