I like how easy it was to set up my accounts so i could send invoices electronically with out having to print them first! Also its very simple for customers who are not tech savvy at all because they can just fill in their info online instead of figuring things out themselves which makes me feel less stressed when sending an invoice or requesting payment. It also allows us to track our sales better by allowing all employees access through one portal rather than multiple portals. I do wish there were more features available but this software has been working well overall since we started using it about 2 years ago now. We have had no issues thus far and everyone likes being able to use ez pay once your account gets setup correctly. The only thing really annoying is sometimes if someone tries logging into another employee's zedi profile without permission then they will get logged off automatically even though nothing happened until after 30 minutes later.
