Unsatisfied customer in hoods
After doing this for a while I have to say I am very disappointed. The problem is that the filters keep falling out. The company quickly sent a new set of filters the first time I contacted them, but the second time I contacted them I was basically told to try to fix the problem myself. I really think this is a design flaw. I feel like I'm stuck at this point.
