The responsiveness of their support team has been great. It was easy to get answers to my questions and I had no problems navigating the site. It took me about 2 hours to get everything setup. It wasn't the most intuitive program for me to learn but once I figured out how it worked, I was able to start putting together campaigns and getting results right away. It took longer to set up than I expected but after about a week I got the hang of it and now it takes about 10 minutes to setup new campaigns. They have the best email automation tool in the business. The interface isn't the easiest to navigate, but it's pretty simple once you figure it out. It's definitely a lot easier than Mailchimp or other tools out there. You don't have to use templates to send your emails, you just add them into a list and when it sends them automatically. This saves so much time because you're only sending what matters to your audience. It allows you to edit emails easily too. It has a powerful calendar integration so you can schedule events directly from within the app.
