Great product and great customer service. They immediately responded to any questions on Twitter. Even links to software updates are provided to help with any issues. The sound is much better than that of a unit like this and even better than the previous aftermarket I had. It turns on quickly and smoothly in a few seconds. No delays when launching an application, even when streaming HD content. I'm using a 4G USB modem on one of the USB ports. The only issues I have are with the brightness control. The screen looks good, but sometimes it's not bright enough during the day and too bright at night. The brightness control doesn't do much. I wish there was a way to either change the color of the buttons or dim them. They are quite bright at night. Other than that, this head unit works great for me in my Tundra 07.
