If you have a child around you may want to babyproof this desk as it has very sharp corners. I ended up leaving on the black pieces of plastic that the corners had on them in the box (plus it looked kind of cute) so my kids wouldn't catch one of the corners. This is a very simple desk, very small and not very deep which is exactly what I needed for my workspace, just somewhere I could put my laptop, an extra screen and a keyboard and mouse. A computer chair fits under it perfectly. Definitely recommend.
