Correct part, bad gasket, repair
Correct part but the gasket didn't fit properly and was leaking through the center hole where the sensor is. Set it to 2.5 lbs for proper tightening (according to the manufacturer). SOLUTION: I ordered a food grade sealant (DAP 00688 General Purpose Adhesive Sealant, 100% Silicone, 2.8 oz) and sealed it around the sensor and outer rim during installation. .One month later the seal is still holding, the heating element is doing its job π
