I'll admit, when I first opened the box and saw the contents I was a bit skeptical. Something seemed a little different than the presentation. Something about the materials looked cheap - especially compared to the pictures on the internet. However, I didn't care how it looked as long as it worked. I'm very glad I tried it because after two hours of charging it was up and running and starting to do a good job of getting rid of the rough calluses on my feet. The only comment I would like to make is that the reels + reel area are surprisingly small. I look forward to the day when you have more freedom to accessorize and size your wheels to give you more leg room. Small ones take a little longer, but the results seem good so far! I really hope the quality is better in execution than presentation - I'm still a bit nervous because it looks so cheap it could fall apart at any moment. But I hope.
