-Small/Female/Natural-Yes, of course they look fake. But these are real fakes for those of us who can't afford real dentures. This is my second set; I threw away the first set a few years ago because I had some extractions and fillings and was about to have partial surgery but life got in the way and I couldn't afford it anymore. I have now bought my second set and glued it to my new normal mouth for the time being. I used to eat and drink with my old gear, wear it straight to work for 8 hours, and then to social events. You survived and took it all like a champ! I cleaned them with/in Polydent Partial tablets. When properly formed, they do not affect how you speak. They are very comfortable and won't move if shaped correctly - follow the instructions! They actually have such a grip that once inside I have to break the seal from the back and it takes me a minute to do it. I chose natural because I thought white would be too fabulous. Don't smile too big or it will be obvious, but it will overwhelm you with talk and smiles. If you're an artist, I know some of the other reviewers have talked about painting with shading to make it look more realistic, but that's not me. For the record, I am missing 3 teeth on my left side and 1 tooth on my right side, luckily they are long enough to reach the ones on my back and they are also attached to both of my front teeth.
