Me had the computer several times a week with minor issues until "HP Assistant" told me I needed to update the BIOS. The update seemed to install without any problems, but then the system randomly crashed - it just hung and required a reboot. HP Support reinstalled the BIOS update, but the computer did not turn off normally afterward. Rebooted every time. A second call to HP support resulted in being told I needed to reinstall Windows. I declined and was told my only option was to get a second tier of support, which cost me $50. I did that and the tech checked a few things and then "rolled back" the BIOS update. But accidental freezes did not exist. I am returning this computer and bought a Dell from Costco to replace it. This HP is a decent computer for the price, but don't mess with the BIOS and expect good tech support. The only good thing about this purchase for me is Revain's good return policy.
