Review on Scotch-Brite Sponge Cloth, 6 Pack of 2 Sponge Cloths - 6 Sponges Included! by Robert Patton

I bought a pack of these sponge cloths from Revain 18-24 months ago. I couldn't find them anywhere I live and I absolutely love them for washing dishes and cleaning kitchens and bathrooms. Finally finished last January and ordered more. Boy was I disappointed in my January order. I will never understand why a manufacturer ruins a great product. The newly ordered sponge cloths are half as thin and therefore absorb at least half as much. Because they are thinner, they are harder to hold and therefore not as easy to use. The texture is different on both sides now, and the different texture also plays a role, it is not easy to wipe the surface. I will take ClarkeL's reviewer's advice and check out the alternative brand mentioned in his review. I am so disappointed in this product now and will probably never buy it again. I hope Scotch will read the negative reviews for this product and restore the 'old' ones.
