While I like the color to fill in the center of the lips for a fuller look (with slightly darker color on the sides), I found the roll out color to break very easily and waste a lot of goods. I will most likely only return to pencils that need sharpening. The color is ok. The shipping method is problematic. However, I will admit that I tend to put it on dry lips. I'll try it on oil-soaked lips and see what happens. I suspect it will get nicer and not chip, but I don't think it will last that long. In the meantime, I try to fix only a tiny amount and also rotate more during an application if necessary.
