The radio is great and seems to do everything you could want from a portable FM transceiver. The software leaves a lot to be desired. Editing is not up to date. Importing other files is not easy. With 50 repeaters plus the call frequency, there's a lot to give for everyone. Typical of modern setups, using the radio controller to program memories is quite a hassle. Good output power, good sound reception. Sound transmission requires work, maybe a better microphone. The different display colors are useful because you can program a color for each channel. You can choose a color for your favorite repeater(s) and don't have to look at the radio, just use your peripheral vision to choose the color.
