I have had severe plantar fasciitis with Achilles tendinitis for many months. I've been to physical therapy and tried many different treatments. I freeze and stretch it every day and splint it at night. Nothing helped. I've been using these compression stockings for about a week. I can't tell yet if they help or not but they feel very good. I have a job that requires me to be on my feet all day, and I walk five or six miles very quickly at work every day. So my poor feet take a lot of abuse and are in a lot of pain almost all the time. Yesterday, for the first time since my fasciitis, I realized at the end of the day that I wasn't actually in pain. I don't know if this is because I'm wearing these compression stockings, but I'll keep using them and hope for the best. The size is perfect and the fit is very comfortable and comfortable. It's a comfortably soft, firm fit on the sore spots of my foot and offers great support where I need it. I wear them all day and they don't bother me unless I'm trying to pull them on over my socks for some reason. If I wear them under my socks, it's ok.
