Great solution when needing quick response time
The ease of use, alerts that are sent to me via email or phone calls. I can easily see what is being monitored by my security system and if it needs attention right away. Having all this information in one place makes things very easy for me. It would be nice to have more customization options available but they do provide many different levels of service at an affordable price point. This product has helped us identify issues with our network security quickly so we can take action before any damage occurs.
Pros
- Once initial set up was complete there were no other interruptions during implementation period until completion phase when updates started coming through from remote locations using web interface only once daily basis (5pm CST)
