Everything seems fine. Also replaces HEPA filter
Seems fine. Also replaced the HEPA filter and something is causing the vacuum to make a loud whistling noise, esp. when first turned on. This sound is new. I suspect the reason is the HEPA filter and not this one. You haven't the faintest idea.
