Review on SyncHR by Pat Peoples

Very simple to use for employees with no HR experience at all - very intuitive! We are able set up new users in minutes rather then hours or weeks of training them through traditional methods which can lead into many issues later down time lines when someone has left your organisation but not properly transitioned off as expected by you (or even themselves). Some features we have yet been unable find out how they work due to lack skills/knowledge ourselves so would like these explained somewhere else other than support if possible!! Having easy access from mobile devices makes life easier too especially having clients away etc where it's hard getting staff members who know what needs doing (eg setting reminders about upcoming events).
