Good. Better than the old way.
Better than traditional cylinder brushes. If you have a tall toilet like mine with little water and the poop gets stuck on the sides and dries out. You have to rub this thing a lot to remove it completely. I still prefer it to the traditional way. I've found that another type of disposable toilet wand with a pad and a rough surface (that can't be flushed) is better at removing stubborn toilet stains.
