I hope to update this but very sad. After waiting for it, it finally came a few days after others I had ordered, but I wasn't sure what would be best for my son. As far as I can tell this is the best design as it seems like it would be easy to create a vibration as other similar straps require the child to constantly press on a specific area and they just can't. I'm not entirely sure if this is a good vibrating power though as it arrived and didn't work. I removed the tab and nothing so replaced the batter. nothing yet. I ordered 2 more hoping one would work as I said the area that vibrates is the best system. It seems that just moving this area causes vibration rather than pressure from biting, making it easier for the child to use.
