is a headache to enter, don't let anyone fool you. I cursed for about 2 hours and tried different things but well worth it when you're done pulling a heavy load or taking a full load from behind ;-). It's a pretty stiff rubber at the top, so don't worry about taking a prybar and hitting the end with a hammer to get the last bit stuck into the cups. I'd recommend maybe using some sort of air bladder or other type of jacking between the axle pads to get them in. I lifted the bed up and installed them and some wood spacers in between and then threw the bed on top. I jacked up the axle to try to seat it. still had to use a rubber-topped pry bar and a large hammer to get it all the way out. Positive: significantly simpler than the fronts. 🤣
