Good product. I argued with the transition with airbags.

Excellent product. I was arguing whether to use airbags or timbrens, in the end timbrens won! They work on a plug-and-play basis and require no setup or maintenance. They fit perfectly, took about 10 minutes to install and works great. With no load you don't know they are there, when the fifth wheel is connected my truck sits flat and they handle the load well. The truck was only half an inch below level without them, but with them they sit perfectly level. They help smooth out the compressionโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Dope ๐Ÿ”ฅ
Cons
  • Not everything fits

great product Fits Air Spring Kits

That's great. Took about 10 minutes to install - just take the truck off the frame and let the axles hang down just enough to give you some room and get out the old ones and install the new ones. It really helped the heavily redesigned Chevy 3500 that my father-in-law uses for a particular client. It always carries too much weight and I put them in to give the springs a rest. He likes how much better he drives, especially when he has a trailer. He bought a second truck and wants to build a kitโ€ฆ

  • GOLS Certification

Great product, easy to install

Very easy to install. All you need is a jack, a large flat head screwdriver and a 2X4 piece about 4 inches long. Work gloves are optional if you don't want to get dirty or want to spare your knuckles. All you have to do is take out the old ones, put some soap on the timbres and insert the cup. Place a 2x4 between axle and timbre and lower the car. The weight will position the timbre. How far to drive. None are adjustable, helps a lot with stability and ride. Airbag adjustability could beโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Superb design

  • Difficult to say

Just a ticket for 2018 Sierra HD 2500

Really don't feel discharged at all. With 500-1000lbs in bed you can feel them locking in on bumps, nothing terrible but definitely a dramatic change in spring rate when you hit a big dip in the road. Any load over 1200lbs and they are constantly engaged/contacted and feel perfect. A real must for any heavy payload or trailer nose load. Just install and forget. No need to fiddle with airbag settings or compressor maintenance. Good product. Oh yeah, just take out the old fenders, put them backโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Delivery was very fast
Cons
  • Almost everything ok

Huge improvement!

We're constantly working on wheels and pulling the fifth wheel single rear diesel truck. Although the load on the rear axle barely reached the allowable limit, there was still too much squatting when the trailer was on the truck. Of greater concern was the entire facility freezing after a poor bridge connection or on rugged concrete roads. Timbrens along with some good Bilstein 4600 series shocks changed our setup. The truck is loaded and upright, does not spring into the rear suspension as far

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for the elderly

Difficult installation but worth it.

is a headache to enter, don't let anyone fool you. I cursed for about 2 hours and tried different things but well worth it when you're done pulling a heavy load or taking a full load from behind ;-). It's a pretty stiff rubber at the top, so don't worry about taking a prybar and hitting the end with a hammer to get the last bit stuck into the cups. I'd recommend maybe using some sort of air bladder or other type of jacking between the axle pads to get them in. I lifted the bed up and installedโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Comfortable to use
Cons
  • old
