Useless junk in the lighting and electronics department

The meter is not accurate. Shows full power most of the time. Sometimes when the battery is completely dead it will show the lowest reading (about 12.2 VDC, then if you check the circuit again it will show full power immediately. This reading is totally useless. It is also NOT dynamic, ie it does not fall off the battery discharges, rather it shows 1 time strength.
